Please note that a fixed reservation is only valid in writing and with a deposit. Unfortunately, telephone and verbal confirmation are not valid. We ask for your understanding. Deviations from pictures and floor plans are possible within the categories as each of our rooms is individually designed and furnished. It is not possible to confirm fixed room numbers or floors, but we are happy to accept your requests and do our best to fulfill them. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. The equipment in each room includes a bathrobe, slippers and a hair dryer. Check-in: on the day of arrival from 3 p.m You are welcome to arrive earlier and store your luggage with us as well as use the wellness area. Please inform our reception. Check-out: on the day of departure by 10 a.m If you wish to check out later, please ask at reception. For departures before 3 p.m., 25% of the room rate will be charged and after 3 p.m., 50% of the room rate will be charged. Short and weekend bookings: A short break in the Alpin Juwel is possible on request. If it doesn't work out, we will be happy to support you with alternative dates or put you on the waiting list.
