Cancellation policy (For all bookings made directly through the hotel.):
Cancellation of your booking is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
From 13 days before arrival until the day of arrival, 50% of the package price will be charged in the event of cancellation.
In the event of no-show, 100% of the package price will be charged.
In all other cases, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the package price.
In the event of illness, you can cancel free of charge up to the day of arrival with a medical certificate. No credit card or deposit is required. Cancellations must be communicated to the hotel in writing. Different guidelines apply for bookings of 6 rooms or more (flexible 90 days before arrival)
