Our parking spaces are located in the Reiterkogel car park (300m) there is a extra charge of €12/day. Our parking spaces are available from 14:00pm on the day of arrival and until 10:30 am on the day of departure.
We are happy to provide a baby cot upon request. This additional service is available for € 15 per day.
On Wednesday evenings in summer, our kitchen staff enjoy their day off and treat themselves. Alternatively, we offer you our "Pinzgauer buffet" with regional cold cuts, spreads and goulash soup.
If you do not take advantage of the offer on Wednesday, you will be credited 15 euros per adult and 8 euros per child based on the half-board booked.
Important Notice for Guests with Intolerances, Allergies, and Vegans Please inform us of any dietary intolerances when making your reservation. We are happy to prepare gluten- and lactose-free dishes for you. However, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to offer special meals for individuals with allergies or for vegans. A vegetarian option is available on our menu every day.
General Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation at any time in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
Up to 2 months before the scheduled arrival date: Free of charge.
From 2 months to 1 month before the scheduled arrival date: 30% of the total booking price.
From 1 month to 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date: 70% of the total booking price.
Within the last 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date: 90% of the total booking price.
In case of a no-show or early departure: 100% of the total booking price.
