Conditions of contract
We would like to point out, that the austrian "General terms and conditions of the hotel industry" are valid for your booking. In case of cancellation, the following costs will be charged:
- by 3 months and more before the date of arrival: 0% of the total agreed price
- by 1 month before the date of arrival: 40% of the total agreed price
- by 1 week before the date of arrival: 70% of the total agreed price
- within the last week preceding the date of arrival: 90% of the total agreed price

A fee of € 100.00 will be charged for processing the cancellation.

The hotel reserves the right to withdraw from the contract up to 3 months before the arrival date due to pricing errors or mistakes.
