Our tips for your arrival

BY CAR
Arriving from direction Munich:
Exit 6-Kufstein-Süd - Scheffau - Ellmau - Going - St. Johann i.T. and B164 to Lindau in Fieberbrunn.

Arriving from direction Innsbruck:
Exit 17-Wörgl-Ost direction B178/Lofer/Brixental/St.Johann i.T. and B164 to Lindau in Fieberbrunn.

Arriving from direction Villach:
At the 47-Knoten Pongau/Bischofshofen junction, get in the right lane to follow the B311 signs towards Pongau/Bischofshofen – Saalfelden – Hochfilzen - Lindau in Fieberbrunn.

Arriving from direction Salzburg:
Exit 297-Wals and take the B1 towards A1/A10/Lofer – Bad Reichenhall – Lofer – Waidring – Sint Jakob i.H. - and B164 to Lindau in Fieberbrunn.

When you arrive in Fieberbrunn, take the exit in the direction of the ‘Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn’ (ski slopes/gondolas). Then turn left at a large sign for the TirolCamp, follow the right-hand curve, turn left in front of the S4 building uphill and then the first left-hand curve with the distinctive gondola, with our logo and name plate. Welcome.

BY TRAIN
Get off at the train station in Fieberbrunn. Continue your journey by taxi directly to Feriendorf Wallenburg or by bus to the Fieberbrunner Bergbahnen (gondolas) and from there it is a 10-minute walk to our holiday village.

BY PLANE
The nearest airport is Salzburg and it takes a little over an hour to get to us. For transport we recommend a taxi, which is the fastest and most comfortable and, depending on the number of people, cheaper than public transport.

A second airport is located in Innsbruck, from here it is about 1.5 hours by car to our holiday village.

If you want to travel from the airport by train, we recommend that you book the train ticket at least three to four weeks in advance (online only), then the 'Sparschiene' applies and you save up to 50%.

Reservations
After receipt of your reservation, you will receive the confirmation of your booking from us within a few days together with the bill for the total booking amount.
The reservation of your stay only becomes effective after you have paid the deposit listed on the bill with your registration confirmation.
The rental costs are based on the entire duration of your booked stay.
If you arrive later or depart earlier, the price for the period booked is to be paid.

Payment
The deposit amount listed on the reservation confirmation should be transferred to our account within 14 days after receipt.
If we do not receive this amount within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.
The payment of the remaining amount of the rental fee should be paid at the latest 6 weeks before the start of your stay.
Exception: if other conditions are listed on the booking form.
For late reservations within 6 weeks before arrival, the entire rental fee must be paid in full immediately after receipt of the bill so the apartment can be confirmed.

Cancellation
In case you want to cancel the reservation, we act according to the conditions as stated below:

• after the down payment has been paid, the booking is final and we will in case of cancellation withold the down payment;
• up to 6 weeks before the day of arrival, you pay 50% of the total agreed price;
• up to 4 weeks before the day of arrival, 75% of the total agreed price is paid;
• from 2 weeks before the day of arrival you pay 100% of the total agreed price.

Therefore, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
